Job summary

Ravago is seeking an Account Manager for the Film Segment to sell plastic resins, support current accounts, and grow the customer base from a home office in the Pacific Northwest, preferably Seattle. The role targets film converters in the PNW and Western Canada.

You will rely on proven B2B sales experience, strong communication, and ability to work with technical teams; expectations include revenue growth, margin targets, and collaboration with channel partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B, face-to-face sales experience in industrial or commodity sectors.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable revenue growth and new business development.
• Meet gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.
• Prospecting and call new accounts; develop a robust target funnel.
• Establish and close new business targets aligned with long-term growth.
• Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and expenses.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
