Job summary

Transnationtitle is seeking a Residential Title Examiner for a fully remote role based in Michigan. You will examine residential real property records to determine ownership, identify title issues, and help ensure transactions are ready for closing.

You will support escrow officers, closing teams, customers, lenders, and underwriters, preparing accurate title commitments and resolving title matters in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in residential title examination preferred.
• Familiarity with Michigan real estate records and title standards.
• Experience with title insurance, escrow, or public records research may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Examine residential titles to determine ownership and encumbrances.

• Review deeds, mortgages, and related instruments.
