Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on our properties to keep them in excellent condition for tenants.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience and live within 20 miles of the properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 20 miles (30 minutes) from property.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
• Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain the property's grounds, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
