Role Description The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance requests for residential properties in a contract, remote role. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in building systems, coordinating on-site work with property managers or residents, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks. The technician will perform preventive maintenance activities, document work performed, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide status updates and recommendations. Responsibilities may include overseeing equipment maintenance, arranging vendor services when needed, and following safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for residential building systems and common household equipment.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify issues early and reduce downtime.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting.
