Job summary

Acme Residential LLC is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to support the Service Manager in daily apartment maintenance, preventative tasks, and unit turns. You will help ensure homes are move-in ready and residents enjoy a safe living environment across our communities.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, with a focus on safety, observant inspections, and professional communication with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience (multi-family preferred).
• HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comfortably use ladders and stairs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly, accurately, and with quality workmanship.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, appliance checks, and general repairs to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on apartment systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) within training scope.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on apartments, grounds, and common areas.
• Identify, document, and report safety or property issues.
• Maintain pools and pool equipment following safety standards.
• Keep the maintenance shop, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties to support property operations.
