Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, repairs, and improvements across our communities. You’ll help maintain units, common areas, and facilities while assisting with contracted projects and resident safety, delivering a positive living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• 1 year maintenance-related experience or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
• Attend and participate in required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
