Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased assessments of properties and analyzes data to estimate value.

• Draws land diagrams and creates visual documentation.
• Generates fee quotes and presents evaluations to clients.
• Collaborates with Lead Appraiser to improve process and meet timelines.
