Responsibilities

• Conducts an unbiased assessment of properties and estimates value per guidelines.
• Document on-site assessments with photos, measurements, and data.
• Draw land diagrams and other visual documentation.
• Consider factors affecting value, including land, neighborhoods, and trends.
• Generate fee quotes and present valuations to clients.
• Collaborate with Lead Appraiser to improve process quality.
• Attend monthly Appraiser meetings.
• Meet department turn-time expectations and escalate when needed.
