Qualifications

• Active appraiser license or state certification required.
• Experience with REO appraisals preferred.
• HUD/FHA experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conducts unbiased, impartial property value assessments based on data and guidelines.
• Documents on-site observations with photos, measurements, and comparable sales data.
• Draws land diagrams and prepares visual documentation.
• Considers factors influencing value including location, trends, and property features.
• Generates fee quotes and presents final evaluations to clients.
