Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Support Specialist to help manage client reservations and travel details in a fully remote role. You will coordinate confirmations, monitor changes, and support travel components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities while maintaining accurate client records.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives on organization, and can handle multiple tasks with clear communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review client requests and collect information needed to move plans forward.

• Organize travel details such as lodging, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing.
• Check reservation information for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and next steps to clients.
