Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Support Specialist to help manage client requests, confirmations, and itinerary planning. This fully remote role focuses on travel components, lodging, transportation, and timely communications to ensure smooth reservations.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and can work independently with strong written communication. Training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided to support success in a flexible schedule environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or travel is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing client requests and collecting information to move plans forward.
• Assisting with reservations, confirmations, schedules, and related documentation.
• Organizing travel details such as lodging, transportation, activities, and itinerary planning.
• Checking reservation information for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicating confirmations, updates, and next steps to clients.
• Tracking pending items and following up when additional information is needed.
• Helping coordinate changes, modifications, or special requests.
• Maintaining clear and organized client records.
• Supporting clients throughout the planning process and helping keep important details on schedule.
