Job summary

Alegria Travel Services is seeking a Reservation Support Representative to assist clients with reservation inquiries, coordination, confirmations, and service requests in a 100% remote environment. You will maintain accurate records and communicate updates to clients throughout the process.

Onboarding and ongoing training are provided, along with access to professional tools and resources to support your continued development in a client-focused travel support role.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
