Job summary

SanMar is seeking a remote customer service specialist to support resale compliance and renewals. You will handle certificate processing, route inquiries, and keep customer systems up to date, contributing to a responsive service culture.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and teamwork, with ordinary duties performed within standard 8:00-5:00 PST hours and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state requirements for resale certificates, process renewals, and maintain knowledge of forms.
• Monitor incoming faxes and emails, route to appropriate personnel, and complete customer updates within 24 hours.
• Assist with resale issues and renewals, meet monthly deadlines, and update customer software systems accurately.
