Job summary

Serve You Rx is seeking a Reporting and Integrations Analyst II to design, create and execute analytical products, including standard and custom reports, import/export data files, dashboards, and simulation models. This role collaborates with staff to deliver insights that drive continuous improvement across products and services.

This position is a 9-month temp-to-hire opportunity and is open to full-time remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Analytics.
• 3+ years authoring SQL queries and using report tools with SSRS experience.
• Healthcare/life sciences claim data reporting experience is a plus.
• Strong data modeling, database design and data mining knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS and Power BI; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and execute standard and custom reports and data files.
• Develop dashboards and data files using SQL tools and Power BI where applicable.
• Analyze data trends and present results to stakeholders.
• Support data import/export processes and data validation activities.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on data exchange and mappings.
• Provide training and guidance on reporting tools to users.
• Ensure data security and HIPAA-compliant data handling.
• Participate in external implementations and data mapping activities.
