Job summary

Personify Health is seeking a Reporting Analyst on the Client Operations team to handle initial setup and automation of standard client reporting requests. You will collaborate with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations to ensure reports meet client needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a remote setting across the United States. Compensation includes day-one benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience building and automating reports in Excel/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Triage reporting requests for automation in Genesys, Calabrio, or Empower.
• Build standard reports and set up automated delivery to clients.
• Analyze data discrepancies to identify source and resolution of errors.
• Maintain timeliness of reports from our ticketing system.
