Job summary

BetterRX is seeking a technically adept Operations Specialist to configure and optimize EMR integrations and related services. You will work with clients and internal teams to educate, adopt, and drive successful integration practices, ensuring high-quality data exchange and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot, resolve data issues, and provide Tier 2 support while staying current with industry trends. The role is remote with travel to internal summits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting API integrations by tracing requests and examining logs.
• Ability to read/interpret JSON, XML, HL7, and FHIR formats.
• Comfort with building API calls using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience managing external integration partners and setting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Setup and coordinate EMR integration connectivity 2–4 weeks before go-lives.
• Serve as primary contact for new clients during integration setup and education efforts.
• Provide Tier 2 support for inbound client questions and issues across accounts.
• Identify and resolve data exchange issues with partners and BetterRX.
