Job summary

OpenSesame is seeking a Renewals Specialist to partner with Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion efforts across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers. You will craft pricing, prepare quotes and Sales Orders, and manage negotiations to demonstrate the value delivered.

In this role, you will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely renewals, contribute to upsell opportunities, and support RFP responses within our renewals process.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement, vendor management, account management, or sales professional with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the renewals lifecycle from pricing to closing opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies and craft proposals, generate quotes, and send Sales Orders.
• Lead negotiations with procurement and enterprise teams; complete RFPs with CSMs.
