Job summary

Sophos in the United States is seeking a Renewals Representative to drive renewal and expansion targets within a defined territory. You will partner with Account Managers/Executives to protect and grow customer renewals while ensuring accurate revenue recognition and forecast in SFDC.

You will manage renewal opportunities, identify risks, and coordinate with channel partners and cross-functional teams to optimize customer outcomes and maximize net revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years in renewal account management or sales with large organizations.
• Experience with renewal cycles, risk identification, and revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to hit renewal and expansion targets.
• Maintain renewal forecast accuracy and manage renewal opportunities in SFDC.
• Identify renewal risks and coordinate with partners to mitigate them.
• Engage customers and channel partners to secure renewals and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow standardized renewal processes, campaign executions, and activity tracking.
• Support new business teams when expansions accompany renewals.
