ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Client Retention Program Manager to lead renewal proposal development and maintain retention content within the Proposal Development Team. This remote role focuses on coordinating retention initiatives and building client success through strategic content and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, proposal management, program management, or related role.
• Excellent written communication and presentation development skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Client Success Program Management: develop retention program leveraging enterprise best practices and maintain program timelines.
• Renewal Proposal Management: lead planning, development, and production of renewal proposals and client presentations.
• Strategic Content Management: own centralized repository of retention content for strategic accounts.
