Job summary

ERM is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development across North America, spanning the United States and Canada. You will partner with Partners, sellers, and technical experts to craft compelling, compliant client deliverables and drive win probability.

In this remote-first role, you will manage content, branding, and submission deadlines, support interview presentations, and maintain robust proposal content repositories to enable efficient pursuit execution across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent. Or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Proposal Management within a professional services firm serving corporate clients.
• Advanced familiarity with RFI/RFP processes, preparation, management, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, create, and complete responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with consultants across North America to drive the proposal process from receipt of RFP through final submission.
• Collaborate with service line, industry, finance, legal, and other internal teams to complete RFP and RFI requests.
• Proposal Management: Develop formal response plans for large and complex proposal opportunities.
• Direct and/or participate in all proposal preparation activities, including scheduling, responsibility matrices, content development, review cycles, and final delivery.
• Coordinate project descriptions, resumes, graphics, and supporting content to ensure complete submissions.
• Presentations: Support pursuit teams in developing client interview presentations and PowerPoint materials.
• Facilitate internal strategy sessions and presentation planning meetings.
• Branding: Ensure compliance with ERM branding standards and corporate guidelines.
