Job summary

NWN is seeking a Renewal Specialist for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on pre-sales and renewal support, asset verification, pricing, and contract generation for third-party service offerings.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Administration, and customers to manage renewals from identification to closure. The ideal candidate has at least a year in a business environment, strong communication, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 1 year in a communications or business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Knowledge of Cisco services and OEM products preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales and renewal activities including asset verification, pricing, and contract creation.
• Liaise between Sales, Engineering, Administration and customers.
• Manage renewals from identification to decision ensuring timely close.
• Maintain Salesforce Opportunity queue and ensure SLAs.
• Prepare and process contracts and purchase orders.
• Generate maintenance and service quotes and update pricing/terms.
