TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy Engineering. This remote role focuses on building customer relationships across solar, BESS, and related energy infrastructure with a Pacific Time Zone alignment.

Responsibilities include developing a robust pipeline, collaborating with engineering leadership, and driving long-term growth with EPC contractors and developers. Exceptional BD track record in energy is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven BD success within renewable energy, engineering services, EPC, or project development.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes and renewable energy project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, and energy infrastructure.
• Established relationships with EPC contractors, developers, and decision-makers.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineers and executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to generate new business.
• Engineering degree preferred (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling engineering or technical consulting services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business with solar and BESS developers, EPC contractors, and industry partners.
• Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and expand the customer base.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of engineering and design services opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical proposals, project requirements, and commercial solutions.
• Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for long-term growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
