Placements24 is seeking a Lead Project Manager for a fully remote role driving renewable energy initiatives, from conception to delivery. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage external stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management with energy sector focus, experience leading remote teams, and proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana. A PMP/PgMP is a strong advantage.

Formación

• Over 10 years in project management with 5+ years in energy/renewables.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and on budget.
• Strong leadership and remote/distributed team management experience.
• Solid understanding of project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills for remote work environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of renewable energy projects.
• Develop strategic project plans with objectives, deliverables, resources, and risk assessments.
• Motivate and manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Manage client, supplier, regulatory, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
