• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Experience with permitting processes and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software and methodologies (PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners, as well as local authorities and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, ensuring smooth project progression.
