You will maximize net recovery by managing auction vendors, ensuring timely and compliant preparation and sale of inventory, while controlling expenses and aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or college level equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of related automotive/remarketing experience required.
• Experience with vehicle valuation and reconditioning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and manage vendor performance and provide corrective actions.
• Manage regional inventory and oversee transport, inspections, grading, and sale preparation.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures and inventory prep.
• Organize vendor status meetings and track performance deficiencies.
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior management when needed.
• Identify market arbitrage opportunities and audit auction expenses.
• Maintain and report travel-related expenses per company policy.
