Job summary

RELO Direct seeks an Associate Client Service Manager to deliver domestic and international relocation services to corporate and government clients, ensuring policy adherence and high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate policy counseling, expense and budgeting, destination services, and supplier referrals while upholding data integrity and security.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to drive service excellence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relocation counseling experience with corporate and government clients.
• Experience interacting with clients and suppliers on service details.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, analytical thinking, and communication.
• High accuracy and attention to detail coordinating complex processes.
• Track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
• CRP and/or GMS certifications are a bonus; real estate broker license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relocation services including policy counseling, destination services, housing, immigration, and more.
• Provide policy counseling, budget creation, and funding requests within policy.
• Audit relocation expenses against policy, program, and regulations; advise on tax benefits.
• Serve as primary client contact delivering consultative solutions to meet objectives and funding requirements.
• Build knowledge of corporate and government relocation to maximize referrals and upsell offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and protect PII; mentor and train colleagues as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and business development presentations.
• Incorporate client feedback to drive process improvements and SWOT analyses.
