Relocation Today in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an experienced Relocation Manager to guide corporate clients and relocating employees through the relocation process. You will provide strategic consulting, program administration, and act as the primary contact to ensure a seamless transferee experience.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Secondary education preferred; internships count towards experience.
• 3 years of business or customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Proactive, self-starting with task focus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and notes.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, professional under stress; empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to understand basic reporting needs and client policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of transferee experience from start to finish with strong relationships.
• Manage a diverse caseload; balance priorities and meet service objectives.
• Provide end-to-end relocation management; be primary contact.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service to relocating employees.
• Collaborate with transferees to identify value-added services and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate transferee data in company systems.
• Prepare and analyze client reports for relocation activity, cost, and performance.
