Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience required.
• Experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders.
• Research and negotiate housing options to fit ALE guidelines.
• Maintain timely communication with policyholders and housing vendors.
• Draft and review lease agreements and manage data in housing databases.
