Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Two (2) years experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, research, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders.
• Research market listings to locate viable housing options.
• Negotiate lease terms and coordinate leases.
• Maintain data in housing databases and CRM.
• Provide high-touch service and support VIP clients.
