Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Housing Coordinator to coordinate customized temporary housing for displaced policyholders in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will gather details, research options, and coordinate leases with speed and empathy.

You''ll work with adjusters, policyholders, and vendors to secure like-kind housing, manage data in CRM, and deliver outstanding service while adhering to ALE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customized temporary housing for displaced policyholders.
• Conduct market research to locate viable like-kind-and-quality housing options.
• Negotiate lease terms to maximize policy benefits and stay within ALE guidelines.
• Maintain accurate data in housing databases and CRM systems.
• Serve as the VIP contact for policyholders and housing vendors.
