Relocity is seeking a Part-Time Relocation Consultant in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will guide clients through the relocation process, providing high-touch support while working primarily remotely. The ideal candidate should reside in the South Bay with local market knowledge, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be available for client support on weekends. A reliable vehicle is necessary for area tours. The pay range is $30.66 - $33.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in South Bay with local rental market knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with high-profile clients.
• Must own a reliable, registered vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week without full-time employment elsewhere.
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through every stage of the relocation process.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods and local culture.
• Conduct in-depth housing research based on client preferences.
• Assist with essential services to ensure a smooth transition.
• Curate personalized recommendations for local activities.
• Deliver customized information utilizing Relocity's proprietary software.
• Coordinate and lead area tours for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with relocating employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation.
• Manage multiple relocations while maintaining organization.
• Handle administrative responsibilities and client records.
