Job summary

Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide relocating employees through every stage of their move with high-touch support.

The role is predominantly remote (60-70%) with 30-40% in-person client support around the San Francisco Peninsula area. You will coordinate moves, research housing, schools, and neighborhoods, and deliver tailored reports using Relocity’s software suite.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the USA.
• At least 5 years of residency in the San Francisco Peninsula region with local market knowledge.
• Preference for someone based in the Mid–Peninsula Bay Area—from Palo Alto to Burlingame.
• Own a reliable 4-door vehicle with valid license for client driving.
• Flexible to commit at least 20 hours per week and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture.
• Research housing, schools, commute times and neighborhood suitability.
• Assist with DMV registration, banking setup, and other logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural and lifestyle activities.
• Gather and deliver customized information using Relocity’s software and GSuite.
• Coordinate and lead area tours in-person or virtually.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients via phone, email, or video calls.
