Job summary

Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide relocating employees through every stage of the relocation process, from housing to neighborhood tours, using a white-glove approach.

This role is primarily remote (60-70%), with 30-40% in-person client support across the city. You will manage logistics, deliver tailored reports with Relocity’s tools, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in the San Francisco Peninsula region with extensive local knowledge.
• Preference for someone based in the Mid–Peninsula Bay Area—between Palo Alto and Burlingame.
• Must own a reliable, registered 4‑door vehicle with a valid driver’s license for area tours and rental searches.
• Availability to dedicate at least 20 hours per week; weekend availability.
• Friendly, outgoing, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs throughout relocation.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture.
• Research housing and schools, rental trends, and commute times.
