Job summary

Relocity, Inc. seeks a Part‑Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide clients through relocation. 60–70% remote with 30–40% in‑person support in the city.

You will coordinate moves, handle logistics, and deliver high‑touch service to help employees settle in their new city. Requirements include 5+ years in the SF Peninsula area, valid driver’s license with a vehicle, and 20+ hours per week plus weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Minimum 5 years residency in the San Francisco Peninsula region with local knowledge.
• Preference for in-region candidate based in Mid–Peninsula Bay Area (Palo Alto to Burlingame).
• Own a reliable, registered, insured 4‑door vehicle; valid driver's license.
• Able to commit at least 20 hours per week and be available on weekends.
• Flexible to remote/hybrid work and able to drive for area tours.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and address their needs.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transport, and local culture.
• Research housing and schools, rental trends, commute times, and suitability.
• Assist with DMV, banking, and other relocation logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social and lifestyle activities.
• Create tailored client reports using Relocity’s software and GSuite tools.
• Coordinate and lead area tours, in person or virtual.
• Maintain ongoing communication and timely updates with clients.
