Candidates must possess extensive local knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to assist employees in navigating housing, schools, and community resources. Expected to work at least 20 hours per week, this position combines both administrative and public-facing responsibilities.

Pay is competitive, with a range of $30.66 - $33.15 per hour, and the company promotes an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in the South Bay.
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
• Must have flexibility to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the relocation process with high-touch support.
• Coordinate moves and logistical details for clients.
• Conduct research on housing and schools tailored to clients’ needs.
• Facilitate area tours providing insights into neighborhoods.
• Communicate effectively with clients, updating them throughout the process.
