You will handle charts, verify authorizations, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering quality service to clients. Responsibilities include stamping requests, data highlighting, quality checks, and efficient handling of streaming inquiries by phone or mail, while maintaining confidentiality and knowledge of state laws and fee structures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required.
• Minimum 2 years in a medical records department or similar setting.
• Strong computer software experience; Word and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Typing speed of 50 wpm and familiarity with fax, copier, and scanning devices.

Responsibilities
