Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support Release of Information processes across Quality Control, Customer Service, Billing & Collections. You will help fulfill medical record requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities include assisting specialists, resolving workflow issues, and coordinating with multiple departments to minimize delays. Prior experience with Sharecare HDS is preferred, with strong communication and independent work

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience with Sharecare HDS in QC, Credit & Collections or Customer Service required; 1 year+ preferred.
• Ability to use internal electronic based record workflow systems such as Record Management, Intranet, Exceptions Management, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• High level of reliability, productivity and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Release of Information Specialists to resolve issues related to fulfillment of medical records requests.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and relevant laws for releasing medical records.
• Perform data entry and quality control for fulfillment of requests.
• Communicate with Customer Service and other departments to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve workflow and record issues to minimize turnaround delays.
• Identify and escalate critical issues to management.
