Job summary

Wonder operates a multi-restaurant ordering and delivery platform across 120+ locations in the US, delivering experiences for customers and delivery partners. We are scaling Relay, our dedicated delivery fleet, and seek an experienced operations leader to own day-to-day execution.

You will join as Relay Operations Manager/Coordinator to support rider supply, live operations, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, or delivery/gig platforms
• Strong team supervision experience with accountability
• Financial accuracy handling payments or incentives at scale
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rider sourcing and activation across recruiting channels
• Manage applicant pipeline from screening through onboarding to first completed shift
• Ensure activation flow runs smoothly and proactively identify bottlenecks
• Execute rider pay and bonus strategies and ensure timely payments
• Monitor spend and incentive effectiveness across locations
• Supervise Live Operations and Support teams to ensure SOPs and quality
• Build and maintain operational trackers and surface trends for improvements
• Provide weekly performance summaries with actionable insights
