Job summary

Relay is reshaping how goods move in an on‑demand world. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle with major UK retail and brand clients and lead platform/ marketplace partnerships from scratch. You’ll work with engineers to build integrations, and you’ll attend industry events to expand our pipeline and create lasting partnerships.

This role is designed for someone comfortable owning the full GTM playbook. Located in Shoreditch with a 4‑days-on, 1‑day-remote schedule, Relay offers generous

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience running genuinely complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• You are commercially sharp first, technically fluent second and can discuss platforms with BD teams.
• You enjoy hunting logos and originating strategic partnerships.
• You help build the playbook rather than wait for others to guide you.
• Bonus if you have familiarity with parcel/logistics or e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new logo deals with major retail and brand clients shipping >1m parcels/year, full cycle.
• Originate and negotiate brand new platform and marketplace partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineers to get integrations built, certified, and live.
• Build partnerships that outlast a single deal and become ongoing infrastructure.
• Represent the business at industry events to convert decision makers into pipeline.
• Shape prioritisation of future work based on impact and data.
