Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, strategy & operations.
• Strong analytical fluency; BI tools and SQL experience.
• Ability to run structured root-cause analysis and make tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.
• Proven execution through influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Detect and triage delivery performance signals across portfolio using dashboards.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards and reports; understand metrics.
• Diagnose drivers and recommend data-driven actions with cross-functional partners.
• Drive cross-team execution with partners in field, product, logistics, and ops.
• Create repeatable playbooks and standards to reduce churn as the network scales.
• Surface cross-site patterns to inform continuous operational improvements.
• Collaborate with field leadership as primary delivery ops contact for segment.
• Support scaling and launches with readiness checks and post-launch reviews.
