Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with minimum 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
Background check and fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, centers of influence, a disciplined sales process, and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
Educate customers on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking.
Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
