Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related field.
• Background check and fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
