Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online/mobile banking, and refer them to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Emphasis on building partnerships and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or B2B sales.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with technology (online/mobile banking).
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
• Follow all policies on security, risk, and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
