Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. You will provide excellent service, educate clients on online and mobile banking, and uphold risk and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, referrals, and deepening internal partnerships to enhance customer value and community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; banking/retail sales experience a plus.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with deposit products, loans and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on using bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
