Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales. Can include military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
• 1 year consumer and business deposit products - lending knowledge OR Business to Business sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree + 1 year customer service and sales banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales. Can include military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and presentation.
