Tech CU is seeking a Relationship Banker to assist members with a full range of financial products and services in a retail branch setting. The role balances exceptional service with the ability to identify needs and convert interactions into suitable sales and referrals.

The position requires developing direct sales growth for Tech CU, including mortgage and auto lending, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operating under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in related disciplines, including sales, customer service or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of banking transactions with minimal supervision.
• Meets sales goals ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Opens new member accounts, performs account servicing and maintenance, and processes loan applications.
• Develops direct sales growth for Tech CU including mortgage, auto lending, and market development.
• Participates in offsite business development events to generate new business and strengthen relationships.
