Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or financial services.
• Strong service-to-sales orientation with the ability to translate member needs into financial solutions.
• Proven rapport-building, active listening and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales goals ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Opens new member accounts and processes loan applications in person or via Virtual Branch.
• Delivers exceptional member service and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen member relationships and refers qualified opportunities.
