Job summary

The Relationship Banker at Technology Credit Union helps members with a full range of financial products in a retail branch setting, delivering exceptional service while identifying needs and guiding conversations toward appropriate solutions.

In addition, the role focuses on direct sales growth for Tech CU including mortgage and auto lending, while complying with regulatory requirements and working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport and translate member needs into financial solutions.
• Strong communication, active listening, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of banking transactions with minimal supervision.
• Delivers exceptional member service and resolves issues promptly.
• Opens new member accounts and processes loan applications in person or via Virtual Branch.
• Participates in community events and sales calls to generate new business.
• Maintains knowledge of Tech CU products and adheres to regulatory requirements.
