Job summary

Covius is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and deliver innovative business and technology solutions for our clients. You will understand client challenges and work with Covius staff to develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building deep client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
• Experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve client business and technology challenges using Covius mortgage services product suite and planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
• Provide trusted advisor advice to customers for planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions.
• Develop deep relationships within client organizations and build cross-functional teams across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Covius clients to meet deadlines and decisions.
• Communicate with clients about Covius processes and products.
• Assist with drafting and coordinating proposals for Covius partners.
• Manage programs/projects from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership and state-of-the-art solutions.
• Report client trends, strategy, and performance to senior leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
