Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
• Experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve client business and technology challenges using Covius mortgage services product suite and planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
• Provide trusted advisor advice to customers for planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions.
• Develop deep relationships within client organizations and build cross-functional teams across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Covius clients to meet deadlines and decisions.
• Communicate with clients about Covius processes and products.
• Assist with drafting and coordinating proposals for Covius partners.
• Manage programs/projects from inception through deployment.

• Report client trends, strategy, and performance to senior leadership.

This position will be responsible for developing innovative business and technology solutions that help Covius clients improve operational efficiency. As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of Covius clients and, through working with both client and Covius staff to develop solutions that solve for a client's business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients.

Essential Functions

• Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the Covius mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
• Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
• Provide high quality "trusted advisor" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.
• Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups. This includes interaction with production teams to provide the best possible products for the clients.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Covius clients to ensure information and decisions are made by the agreed deadlines.
• Communicate with clients about process and products that Covius provides.
• Assist with the drafting and coordinating proposals for potential Covius partners.
• Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions for our clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, strategy and reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Covius offers an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)!
• Compensation: $82,400-$103,000/year, with 15% AIP

Working Conditions

This is a remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that supports productivity and confidentiality. This requires reliable internet access and the ability to be on camera to participate in virtual meetings and communications during standard business hours. Work is primarily performed in a home office environment. Flexible work hours may be available, though employees must be able to collaborate effectively across time zones and attend scheduled meetings during core business hours. May require extended periods of computer use and sitting. Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required based on business needs Employees must adhere to company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and virtual collaboration.

Physical Demands and Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation, including keyboarding and mouse use. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 15lbs. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required depending on the nature of the work. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g. computer screen).
